The YMP is an intensive 10-day international program that equips participants with the knowledge and practical tools needed to excel as effective managers. It covers key areas of leadership and management skills, tailored specifically to meet the challenges faced by new managers, professionals, and high potentials seeking to enhance their leadership abilities and business acumen. In addition to business topics, the program focuses on developing competencies essential for managers with high potential to drive their future business success.

Scholarship Application Conditions:
- Permanent residence in the Municipality of Bled
- At least one year of business work experience
- Proficiency in English
- Completed application form
- Successful interview with a professor at IEDC
