More than 70 Romanian managers and IEDC alumni participated in a Masterclass, organized by IEDC-Bled School of Management in cooperation with Triglav-Carpati Slovenian-Romanian Business Club. The lecture was led by Prof. Joe Pons, one of the leading professors of marketing, well-known for his unique approach to using case studies in his teaching.

Old and new friends of the IEDC, as well as future participants enjoyed in the lecture on “Keys in Building High Performance Team in Sales and Marketing Activities”, led in the distinctive style of Prof. Pons, who has been several times awarded the title Professor of the Year by IEDC MBA participants. All present in the room had a great opportunity to be a part of a vivid discussion of the case and experience how a typical "lecture" in a business school looks like.
