Third face-to-face gathering of PRME Champions for the 2016-2017 with Global Forum for Responsible Management Education takes place at IEDC-Bled School of management.

The program includes lectures of IEDC Faculty, company visits and other meetings as well some social activities. In the frame of this program IEDC will sign Memorandum of cooperation with IEIBS.

Selection Committee of The Scholarship Fund of Young Managers Section decided that Mrs. Saviola Shahollari from Albania is this year's winner of the scholarship.

Moscow (Russia): Prof. Danica Purg, IEDC and CEEMAN President participated at traditional Gaidar Forum, Russia from 12 to 14 January.

IEDC President, Prof. Danica Purg was a key-note speaker at the EU High Level Conference of Economic empowerment of Women. She was invited by the EU Embassy and the Slovene Embassy in Japan to address over 300 guests of the conference entitled “Together for Equality”.

The award is conferred for public awareness about the meaning/importance of social responsibility, promotion of socially responsible companies' practice long term, education about the latest practices of social responsibility in Slovenian and foreign companies, awarding the most socially responsible organisations, publishing a manual with examples of good practice of social responsibility.

Bled (Slovenia) December 9 2016: The highest honor IEDC can offer - honorary title Doctor Honoris Causa - is entitled to Prof. Derek F. Abell. On the occasion of Graduation Day he gives an acceptance speech titled 'The THREE Cultures and Growing Specialization: Countering Narrowness and Divisiveness' to more than 300 participants.

Prof. Danica Purg, Dean and President of IEDC-Bled School of Management took part as a keynote speaker at the 6th TEGEP Learning and Development Association Conference, taking place on November 23-24, 2016 at the Acibadem University in Istanbul.

Furthermore, organization’s sustainability commitment is an important weapon in the war on talent.
