Slovenski kadrovski kongres is a two-day event which educates and brings together over 300 HR Directors and HR experts. The main topic of this year’s event will be attracting, keeping and developing employees of the future.
In his keynote speech “What future brings to HR”, Dr. Kriek will address the new styles of leadership which are needed for the current and future business and social needs and are leading to successful attraction, development and sustainable employment for the future.
Dr. Braček Lalić will introduce the research on “Management and Leadership Development Needs in Dynamically Changing Societies”. In her speech she will focus on the research results obtained through more than 200 in-depth interviews with General Managers, Presidents of the Boards and HR Directors in 11 countries who answered the following questions: "What are current and future business challenges", "What are the competencies and skills requirements management and leadership" and "What are the gaps between business education and business ".
