Following the success of the Case Study Competition earlier this week in Serbia, the IEDC-Bled School of Management organized its second competition of the week in Montenegro. The event brought together teams from three leading financial institutions: CKB - Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka, NLB Banka a.d. Podgorica, and Erste Bank AD Podgorica.
Over the course of two days, participants engaged in an intensive learning-by-doing experience, working in teams to solve a complex real-world business case. The competition not only tested their strategic thinking and analytical skills but also highlighted the importance of teamwork, leadership, and effective communication.
The winning team came from CKB and included:
Goran Radović, Anđela Perović, Ivan Glomazić, Kristina Krnić, Goran Mrdak, and Tijana Vrbnjak.
They will go on to represent Montenegro at the International Case Study Competition, taking place at IEDC – Bled School of Management in autumn 2025.
The jury was composed of Prof. Nenad Filipović, Director of Executive Education at IEDC and lead of the competition, and Aleksandra Bošković Delagić, President of the IEDC Alumni Club Montenegro.
