Prof. Danica Purg, the Dean and the President of the IEDC-Bled School of Management and CEEMAN, delivered a lecture on management development needs in the CEE region presenting a recently published research, as well highlighted the latest trends in the management education. The lecture was attended by 41 HR specialist and also by Slovene Ambassador to Russia, HE Primož Šeligo.
In her visit to Russia, Prof. Danica Purg took part at the Gaidar Forum organized by Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration from January 16-18, 2018. Forum was attended by 9000 government representatives, Nobel prize winners, Professors of management and business people. Purg was a speaker at the following expert discussions:
- How to train business leaders of the digital economy
- New technologies and corporate social responsibility. How business schools can implement principles for responsible management education
- Dynamically developing communities: identification of a management model
Prof. Danica Purg met also with IEDC and CEEMAN Alumni at famous cooking school CULINARYON. Until today, 650 Russian managers attended IEDC and CEEMAN Programs.
