Admission, Fees & Regulations

Candidates for the DBA program can submit their applications to iva.eibel@iedc.si. Eligible candidates will be invited for interviews with two faculty members assigned by the IEDC-Bled School of Management, Postgraduate studies. Successful completion of the interviews is a mandatory requirement for enrollment.

Admission criteria

Candidates for the admission to the DBA have to fulfill the following requirements:

Education

Master Degree diploma (Bologna second level) or other equivalent to 300 ECTS and/or MBA

Experience

Minimum 5 years of meaningful work experience

Language

Proficiency in English

An application for the doctoral program must include the following: 

  • Completed Application form
  • Certified copies of diplomas, translated into Slovene or English by a court interpreter
  • 3 letters of recommendation
  • Motivational letter in which the candidate explains the reasons for enrolling into the doctoral program
  • Candidate’s CV
  • DBA Research proposal (in the format in accordance to IEDC Guidelines)

Tuition fee

The tuition fee for the DBA Program at IEDC-Bled School of Management is 40.000 EUR + VAT. Payment is also possible in three installments; 20.000 EUR + VAT at enrolment and 10.000 EUR + VAT in the beginning of the 2nd and 3rd year of the study respectively.
