General Management Program is organized in 4 weeks. The first two weeks cover topics from the main
business functional areas. The second two weeks + Project presentation concentrate on integrated topics and
development of skills. In-between the week-long modules participants work on data and information gathering
and their analysis, development of findings, conclusions, recommendations, action plan, and deliver a draft of the
project report.

PROJECT

Last thing to mention is the GMP project that is an overarching element of the program. It not only helps immediately apply acquired knowledge and skills, but is an excellent opportunity to show tangible results to your company, as well as a well-thought solution is suggested to a real business challenge.

  • Gives participants the opportunity to apply newly acquired knowledge to the practical challenges their organizations face
  • Deploys the support of academic and professional mentors in addressing complex managerial challenges and presentation of these to the Board

In sum, the GMP Project represents a practical and wellstructured solution to a particular management challenge that you have identified in your own organization. It provides an opportunity to apply your newly acquired skills and concepts under the supervision of project mentors and under guidance you will prepare a presentation to your corporate guests. The final project report consists of an analysis of a practical solution to the management problem identified and provides a concrete plan of action based upon analysis and recommendations.
