About the Forum
The traditional IEDC Annual International HR Forum provides a unique opportunity to network with industry leaders, peers, and experts from diverse backgrounds, fostering valuable connections and potential collaborations. In the Forum we will address the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in recruitment and retention strategies. In her talk, Dr. Krista Finstad-Milion will draw from cutting-edge research and insights gathered from French HR practitioner networks. She intends to highlight current trends in the field while also predicting future pathways for integrating AI into HR practices. The lecture will address both the opportunities and limitations of AI, fostering an understanding of how technology can enhance recruitment and retention efforts.
